Every instrument begins in ancient forests. We source tonewoods from sustainable groves where trees grow slowly, developing the tight grain that sings.
Freshly cut tops are aged for minimum five years. Temperature and humidity controlled rooms allow the wood to find its natural resonance.
Hand-graduated tops and backs. Each millimeter matters. Our luthiers spend 40+ hours on the voicing process alone — coaxing the instrument's voice.
Final setup, string installation, and a week of play-in. Only then does a KAIROS leave our workshop — transformed from wood into voice.

Dense and hard with a glassy surface. Our ebony fretboards are hand-planed to 0.01mm tolerances, ensuring that every note speaks with total precision and authority.
Each KAIROS is built for one person, one life, one voice. We take a maximum of twelve commissions per year. The waiting list is currently open.
